Each movement has clear instructions and visual cues that assist you in the execution of movements. This will help you achieve maximum mobility and flexibility while feeling great. Each day, you’ll also be guided to use the breath to help your mobility. By inhaling and exhaling deeply and smoothly, you’ll calm your mind and your body. This breathing technique will be helpful to help you with your movements. It’s recommended that you try a few sessions of breathing to get a feel of it before using it in your workouts.
With each session, you’ll be guided by visual cues and the sound of your own voice. So, you’ll be able to follow the movements as you move through the four distinct flow states that are available in ROMWOD.
